INITIAL INTAKE SESSION

The initial session will consist of completing some background information and assessments, reviewing Informed Consent, Professional Disclosure, Release of Information, Confidentiality and Limits, Expectations and Purpose of Counseling, Risks of Psychotherapy, and Session length (One hour to one and a half hour). Fee for Initial Intake Session is $100.00.

FEES

My fee for a counseling session is $100.00 an hour(50 minute hour). Payment is due at the time of service.

Cash, checks, or credit cards accepted. 

My fees for evaluations, assessments, consultations will be provided to clients as necessary.

In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, please do so 24-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If the cancellation is not done 24 hours in advance there will be a charge of $50.00.

INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

Insurance companies have different requirements and guidelines for covering mental health and/or evaluation fees. 

Please check with your insurance company to find out what amount they will reimburse you for mental health service with a non-participating provider prior to your visit.

At this time, I am not accepting insurance but will be happy to provide a statement for you to send to your company for any reimbursement or deductible fee that they might provide for you.
